INTENDED USE
The structure is made of galvanized and powder coated elements. The door leaf is made of new generation INNOVO panels, 60 mm thick. The door includes circumferential gaskets, as well as a double bottom gasket. The door is fitted with a safe torsion spring system and a number of safety devices for mechanical elements

THERMAL INSULATION [R-Value: 14]
Steel panels are made of galvanized metal sheets, filled with freon-free, hardened polyurethane foam and coated with polyester paint on both sides. This ensures very good thermal insulation and acoustic properties. Each door features a system of flexible and robust gaskets both along the entire circumference and between the panels, which considerably contributes to the insulating qualities of the door.

EXCEPTIONAL SAFETY
The safety systems involve above all the minimization of all traces of risk. Regardless of the method of the Modern Collection designed by WIŚNIOWSKI door operation, our doors ensure comfort and safety. Our products are fully compliant with the PN-EN 13241-1 standard. The UniPro garage door has been fitted with a number of structural solutions to increase the level of safety, which also has a considerable effect on the visual aspect of the inside of the door. As standard, the PRIME door is fitted with vertical track covers, moving roller and guide covers, integrated shaft and torsion spring cover, side shaft covers, as well as flexible internal panel joint covers. The door is also fitted as standard with optical safety devices, such as photocells and external optical sensors.

PANEL DESIGN OPTIONS

Thanks to our robust and reliable design, you can rest assured that the door will meet even the most extreme requirements and withstand the most demanding operating conditions. Our purpose-designed original 60 mm thick INNOVO panel which features a 5-ply sheet bending system is manufactured inhouse and ensures good thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as durability and safety. The panel is made of galvanized steel sheet, infilled with freon-free polyurethane foam. The top section is fitted with a lip gasket and a flexible cover is provided on the inside between the panels. The internal side of the panel in the RAL 9002 color.
